The sole surviving fortification of the Miharashidai Position (見晴臺陣地), a World War 2 Japanese strategic outpost on Wanggaoliao ridge defending the Dadu River estuary. The conical reinforced concrete tower stands 7.85 meters tall with three above-ground levels, each fitted with machine gun portholes, and two subterranean levels once connected by tunnel to the combat command post. Designated a historic building in 2006 as World War 2 No. 13 Bunker but renamed in 2013 after historians properly identified the site.
