Former cinema on the upper levels of a large commercial building near the forestry complex. Established in the 1980s as one of the most modern theaters in Yilan County. Closed in 2012. The second floor of the same building was also home to Jinwutai Theater (金舞台戲院), which specialized in adult entertainment, but this closed in the 1990s. Inaccessible as of 2024, and most of the ground floor shops are out of business.
