A garment factory established to employ some of the many military veterans residing in Luodong. The factory was heavily damaged in Typhoon Pamela (颱風波密拉) in 1961 and parts were reconstructed with the assistance of USAID, including a building for sewing and cutting that still stands today. There is a patriotic mural at the back of the complex reading “never forget our motherland” (毋忘在莒) and “we want to retake the mainland” (我們要光復大陸). Under restoration as of 2024.
