A small Siraya Indigenous kuwa (公廨) also known as Longben Fuxing Temple (隆本復興宮). The temple was rebuilt in 1986 but with growing interest in the Taiwanese Plains Indigenous roots of the community a bamboo and thatched roof shrine was reconstructed in the forecourt in 1999. Some historic photos are also on display next to the temple. The shrine also has the name Fanzitian Kuwa (番仔田大公廨).
