A former martial arts hall dating back to Japanese colonial times. It was built in 1931 and seems to have been repurposed for use as a residence after the war. The precise location is uncertain, but it was in the vicinity of Fongyi Academy (鳳儀書院). Also known by the name Fengshan District Martial Arts Hall (鳳山街演武場).
