Former golden age cinema in Shuidiliao, one of the main settlements in Fangliao Township. Originally founded as Xinxin Theater (新新戲院) by a local doctor nicknamed Crazy Doctor A (瘋醫生阿), it was later operated by Zhu Honggen (朱洪根) and Zhu Ronghui (朱榮輝). One of two cinemas in town during the 1970s peak, it competed fiercely with nearby Jianxing Theater through price wars that drew crowds of eager moviegoers. Abandoned for decades before being demolished in 2019.
