A complex of seven two-storey reinforced brick dormitory blocks on Wenhua Road in Douliu, Yunlin. Known as Mingde Village (明德邨), it was designed by the architect Yu Yuezhen (虞曰鎮) and completed around 1966 to house staff of the former Taiwan Provincial Tax Bureau. The site was registered as a historic building in 2006, vacated by residents in 2017, and restoration work began in 2026 with plans to convert the complex into an international artist residency.
