Douliu Police Dormitories (斗六警察局舊宿舍群)

A group of Japanese colonial era police dormitories on Yúnzhōng Street (雲中街) in Douliu, Yunlin, completed in 1937 and originally comprising sixteen households next to Douliu Police Station. In 1997 the city planned to demolish all remaining units for a parking lot, but six were designated as Yunlin County historic buildings in 2005, halting demolition mid-progress. Restoration was completed in the early 2010s and the site reopened as Yunzhong Street Cultural Cluster (雲中街文化聚落) in 2016.
