A modest Japanese colonial era residence in Douliu, Yunlin, completed around 1944. In the post-war era it was allocated to the Agriculture and Food Agency (農糧署). It was recognized for its heritage value in 2006 but restoration work was delayed until 2024 on budgetary grounds. Originally a duplex, only one half survives.
