A cluster of US aid era buildings on the eastern periphery of Douliu, Yunlin. It was constructed by the Veterans Affairs Commission in 1957 to house demobilized military personnel. The complex was registered as a historic building in 2014 with Zhongzheng Hall (中正堂) noted as a rare example of a modified reinforced concrete triple-arch structure.
