An extensive cluster of Japanese colonial era residences in Changhua City, built in the 1920s for the chief of Changhua District (彰化郡) and his staff after relocating from an older complex close to the historic downtown core. The eight buildings became county government housing after the war, and one duplex burned down in 2019. The district chief’s own house was designated a county monument in 2018, a year before the group as a whole was registered. All are now preserved but await restoration work. The site is not open to the public as of 2025.
