Originally established by a local farmer, Lin Longde (林隆德), who built a small version of the Great Wall on an empty lot on his property deep in the mountains in Caotun, Nantou. Many of the miniatures follow a Chinese theme with terracotta soldiers and folk religious figures. The park was heavily damaged in the 921 Earthquake and left to the elements for decades. As of 2021 it is difficult to access and almost completely overgrown with weeds, but the sculptures remain beneath the foliage. The site is approximately 60 square meters in size.
