Lumantan Old Tunnel (舊鱸鰻潭隧道) - Spectral Codex
舊鱸鰻潭隧道

A road tunnel completed during the Japanese colonial era in 1929 in the eastern outskirts of Caotun, Nantou. Part of the tunnel collapsed in 1944 and it was superseded by another route. The western entrance is relatively easy to find and features a nameplate in Japanese, while the eastern entrance is overgrown and mostly covered by debris behind a wall next to the main highway.
