Founded in 1798 and rebuilt after a 1948 flood, this small shrine in Beidou is one of four major pudu (普度) sites active during Ghost Month. Unusually, its resident Dashiye (大士爺) is a permanent statue rather than the customary paper effigy, and is loaned out to host other Ghost Month rites across the region. Designated a historic building in 2007 and restored in 2010.
