A dilapidated commercial building with shops on the ground floor and a theater on the third and fourth floor. Completed in 1978 but only in operation until 1993, partly because of the rise of home video and changing consumer habits, but also because of the ownership structure and pervasive disagreements about business matters. It probably didn’t help that it was located at the suburban margins of Zhubei. Long abandoned but secured in the early 2020s and no longer accessible.
