A small shrine built in the vicinity of the sprawling Jinshui Oilfield (錦水礦場) by the Japanese colonial era oil company (日本石油株式会社錦水鑛場). Established in February 1936 and allegedly located somewhere behind Foci Temple (佛慈宮), but the exact location is not known with certainty. There is some speculation that the former site is now part of a graveyard. Some relics of the shrine can be found at Jinshuifude Park (錦水福德公園), but this is not the former location of the shrine. In the original Japanese it would have been known as Kinsui-jinja.
