An activity center and cinema in the old Jinshui Oilfield (錦水礦場). It screened free films for employees and residents in the evening. It was in a busy area known as Little Hong Kong (小香港), which also had a barber shop, ice cream parlor, billiards room, and grocery store. Demolished sometime after 1990 when the mine shut down.
