A former military dependents’ village with some structures dating back to the Japanese colonial era. As the name implies, it was reserved for members of the ROC Air Force. At its peak it was home to 68 households, but by 1978 part of the community had been demolished as part of the construction of the road that now bisects the village. It emptied out in the late 2000s and by the 2010s had become a site of interest to urban explorers in Taiwan. As of around 2020 much of the original village had been demolished, with a few small sections behind sheet metal, awaiting restoration.
