An institutional shrine (構內社) built on sugar factory (岸內製糖所) grounds as early as 1907, though other records suggest it was completed in 1935. After the war, in 1947, Annei Elementary School (岸內國民小學校) was established on this site, and over subsequent years much of the original shrine facilities were dismantled. Nowadays a pair of komainu and several stone lanterns can still be found in the area. Likely known as Kishinai-sha in the original Japanese.
