An old stone quarry with some facilities left to the elements on the margins of Xiulin, Hualien. It was operated by the Taiwan Cement Company (台灣水泥公司), taking marble and other cement raw materials from Zuocang Mining District (佐倉礦區) and Dongfu Mining District (東福礦區), both by cableway and truck. A large loading station where trucks collected the ore still stands at the start of Zuocang Trail (佐倉步道).
