An extensive facility at the site of the former No. 1 Cableway (一號索道) leading up to the Lanshan Forest Railway Line (嵐山森林鐵路). It was abandoned in the late 1980s and has mostly been subsumed by the forest. Several collapsed structures, rusty railway tracks, and a set of large winches can still be found here at around 750 meters elevation.
