The former residence of Lu Zuanxiang (盧纘祥), the first elected county magistrate of Yilan. Built in 1928 by Lu’s grandmother, the building features a distinctive blend of Japanese and Western architectural elements including a half-gabled roof with Japanese tiles and ox-eye windows. It was designated a county monument in 2001 but remains a private residence.
