A Japanese colonial era wooden dormitory for Toucheng Station employees, built with cypress and cedar in a long, single-story layout with the floor raised 60cm per regulations of the time. It is the only remaining Japanese colonial era long building in Toucheng. After restoration, the site now operates as the Toucheng Cultural Creative Park (頭城文化創意園區).
