A small Shinto shrine originally located next to Tamsui Public Hall in Tamsui. It was established in November 1906 and later relocated to the site of the second-generation Tamsui Shinto Shrine in 1939. The shrine sat immediately beside the first-generation Tamsui Shinto Shrine (淡水社), with separate inner precincts (內苑) but a shared outer compound (外苑). The site is now occupied by the Tamsui Branch of the New Taipei City Library (新北市立圖書館淡水分館).
