The remains of a sprawling riverside entertainment complex that opened in 1987, originally featuring banquet halls, a spa, a motel, and a bowling alley across a roughly 3,000 ping property. It was co-founded by television celebrities Zhāng Fēi (張菲) and Jiǎnchǎng (檢場) and operated for 29 years before closing in August 2016 when the landlord sold the site to a developer. The abandoned complex quickly became a popular destination for urban explorers; the main building to the north was demolished around 2020, but a smaller auxiliary structure at the south end of the property remains in ruins.
