The final project of the Taifu Construction (太府建設) group, completed in 1991 on Beitun Road in north Taichung. The developer collapsed soon after, and the building never opened, sitting sealed for decades while ownership was tangled in bankruptcy proceedings and disputes among numerous stakeholders. Only in the mid-2020s have a handful of units begun to be sold off and occupied. Sister projects under the same group included Taifu Tianxia Department Store and Taifu Tianlong (太府天龍) at the corner of Gongyuan Road and Jiguang Street.
