A former office of the Jianan Canal Water Management Association (嘉南大圳水利組合) in the village of Tujiancuo (土間厝) in Shuilin, Yunlin. It was the second office build in this vicinity and likely dates to 1938. It is also known simply as Shuilin Water Conservation Association (水林水利會).
