The hillside tomb of Yan Xishan, located a short distance north of his former residence on a plot of land he chose himself. The south-facing circular grave is clad in dark-green tiles and fronted on the slope by a three-meter zhong (中) character, emblematic of his personal philosophy. It was designated a municipal monument in 2010 and is open to the public.
