One of two US military bases in Yangmingshan in the 1960s and 1970s. This facility was mainly for communications. It was later turned over to ROC forces and still exists today, although the current use is not clear. No access is allowed to the site but the surrounding streets are suggestive of a much larger military installation that has since been left to the elements or demolished.
