A former campus shrine established sometime during the Japanese colonial era. The school began in 1913 as a branch of Xiaojilong Public School (小基隆公學校), became independent in 1921, and was renamed Sanzhi South National School (三芝南國民學校) in 1941. Today it is Xinghua Elementary School (興華國民小學). The shrine included a taima hōsaiden (大麻奉齋殿) for enshrining talismans from the Ise Grand Shrine and its existence was noted in 1935. Presumably the shrine was dismantled in the post-war era, possibly when the campus was renovated. No remnants are known to exist.
Note: this site is not to be confused with the identically-named school shrine in Hemei.
