An institutional shrine (構內社) established in April 1936 in the courtyard of the Puli Monopoly Bureau Branch Office across from the grounds of Puli Winery. Sake and camphor were both produced at this location and hence kami for both industries were enshrined here. The shrine comprised a main hall, torii, tamagaki fence, ablution basin, and stone lanterns. It was dismantled in the post-war period and no relics are known to remain. In recent years the various tourist-oriented businesses that occupied the former branch office have occasionally remade the shrine as a photo op.
