The ancestral shrine and former home of Li Jianxing (李建興), founder of Ruisan Mining Company (瑞三鑛業公司), on the slopes of Wufenshan (五分山) along Provincial Road 106. The original grass hut was rebuilt in 1971 as a three-sided courtyard compound with stone-clad, reinforced concrete walls. Below the shrine, the Qi Garden (琦園) contains a bronze statue of Li Jianxing erected in 1975 with an inscription by Kong Decheng (孔德成). It remains private property but the exterior can be appreciated from beyond the gate.
