A small Shinto shrine established in March 1920 on the outskirts of Pingtung City, likely in the vicinity of a sugarcane plantation supplying Pingtung Sugar Factory (阿緱製糖所). It may have also been known as Kaiho Ubusunagami-sha in the original Japanese. No relics are known to exist, and the site has been converted into a factory.
