Originally established by the French in the late 1930s as Abraham Theater and located on what is now Thống Nhất. It was purchased by Tôn Thất Đệ in 1953 and renamed Tan Tan. It specialized in showing European, American, and Hong Kong films. It remains standing as of 2025 but from the outward appearance it is likely abandoned.
