A small Shinto shrine established in either 1921 or as late as November 1930 on the grounds of Donggang Sugar Factory (東港製糖所); also known as Keisho-sha in the original Japanese. Sometime after the war the shrine was mostly destroyed, leaving only the base and some stone lanterns, and the site was repurposed as Yong’an Temple (永安宮).
