Established as Leguanyuan (樂觀園) in the late Japanese colonial era, this large theater on the northern margins of Lukang, Changhua, boasted an impressive capacity of 1,200. As with many theaters of its vintage it was also a playhouse and concert hall for live performances and social functions. In the post-war era it was renamed Leguan Theater (樂觀戲院). It was demolished in the 1990s.
