Established in December 1940 as a subsidiary (末社) of Zengwen Shrine (曾文神社) in nearby Madou. It was dismantled sometime after the war and the site was converted into what is now Liujia Junior High School (六甲國中). Known in Japanese as Rokkō-jinja.
