A traditional Minnan sanheyuan completed in 1928. The Yao family migrated from the Chaoshan region during the Qing dynasty, originally hailing from Wuxing, Jiangsu. Once part of a larger compound with a seven-bay main hall, only this five-bay structure remains. Most records were lost in Typhoon Morakot (2009).
