A gravity-fed distribution tower built in 1938 as part of the Donggang Water System (東港水道), supplying the Japanese Navy’s Donggang Seaplane Base, official residences, and the town of Donggang. The high-pressure tower and pump houses are no longer in use, but aeration and slow filtration pools remain operational. Now managed as part of Linbian Water Purification Plant.
