A traditional Minnan courtyard residence established in 1899 by Zheng Desheng (鄭德生), whose family immigrated from Fujian around 1776. The compound expanded in 1923 with side wings and again in 1926 with a gatehouse. Fuji (福記) was the family’s trade name. Registered as a historic building in 2004.
