A rare mixed-use Western building with an ophthalmology clinic in front and residence in back, built around 1948 by Dr. Zheng Bingyang (鄭炳陽) in Linbian, Pingtung. Although constructed in the post-war era it retains strong Japanese colonial era influences. It has long been abandoned.
