A small Shinto shrine established in November 1940 within the Chitose Immigrant Village (千歲移民村). It was dismantled in 1999 and replaced with a pavilion, though the stone base was preserved. The site now forms the modest Yongyu Garden (永育園) near the back of the Tuku Elementary School (土庫國民小學) campus.
