A set of reinforced concrete apartment blocks for port authority workers in Keelung, similar in style and vintage to nearby Gangping New Village (港平新村). It was abandoned for many years and by the late 2000s had become particularly dilapidated and a public health concern. The site was demolished sometime between 2009 and 2012 based on scanning imagery from Google Street View.
