The main center of faith in Yushi New Village (漁師新村), a Dachen Islander village on the northeastern shoreline of Keelung. Apart from venerating Guanyin, this temple is unusual in having a golden idol representing former ROC president Chiang Ching-kuo (蔣經國) on the second floor.
