A solid hexagonal granite tower on the southern slope of Panshan (南磐山) below the old Kinmen city walls in Jincheng, which were built in 1387 under the Ming dynasty general Zhou Dexing (周德興). It was one of three pagodas erected on Kinmen at the time and is the only one to survive. The five-storey structure is built of stone tapering to a pointed cap, with the inscription Kuixing Songzhao (奎星聳照). It survived the August 23rd Artillery Battle of 1958 unscathed and was lightly restored by military engineers in 1967.
