Established in the Hsinchu branch of the Zhongxing Department Store (中興百貨) in 1989. Managed by Qiu Fusheng (邱復生). It closed down in the 2000s after business was poor, but the original location was taken over by the local Xingji (星際) chain of cinemas for a time.
