An earth god shrine in Beinan Village (北湳里), Fengyuan, perched on the median where the upper Hulundun Canal (葫蘆墩圳上埤) splits into its east and west branches. It is reputedly the only Tudigong (土地公) temple in Taiwan built on an irrigation channel median. According to local legend an earth god statue was found in the water while building the canal; it was enshrined following the successful completion of the canal. It is also featured in the book Parasitic Temples as the Water Temple (水上廟).
