A district shrine (鄉社) completed in either March or November 1936. It was dismantled in the post-war period and the site now serves as the campus for Nanyang Elementary School (南陽國小). Two stone lanterns, presumably original, remain next to a short stairway beyond the basketball courts; the main hall once stood on a patch of grass behind these steps. Additionally, two more stone lanterns and a pair of komainu can be found at Dajiewei Fude Temple (大街尾福德祠) on the opposite side of downtown Fengyuan. Fragments of two torii bases survive beside the crosswalk at the school gate, where they are easily mistaken for traffic bollards. Known as Toyohara-jinja in the original Japanese.
