Several relics remain at the site of this Shinto shrine enshrined in October 1937 in the Indigenous community of Makotaay (大港口) in Shinsha Village (新社庄). The shrine’s wooden structures were destroyed by a typhoon around 1951, and the land was later privatized and sold, eventually becoming the site of the Xuanling Shengshan Xuansheng Temple (玄靈聖山玄聖堂) in 2003. The current owner preserved the remaining Shinto relics including a torii, several stone lanterns either intact or in pieces, one ablution basin, and the original visiting path leading up the stairs. Note that there is some uncertainty about whether it was ranked sha (社) and the Japanese name, presumably Daikōkō-shi, is inferred from other locations with the same name.
