A large military dependents’ village on the outskirts of Donggang, Pingtung. It was originally constructed in 1940 to provide housing for officers of the navy’s air force division. After the war it was taken over by ROCAF. Residents were evicted in the late 2000s and early 2010s but protests were vigorous for a time, even as much of the old village was demolished. In 2023 some of the remnants were awarded heritage status.
